The 2021 NetMath Award for Outstanding Service goes to Amber Holmes.

Amber joined NetMath in 2013 and now serves as our Student Services Coordinator. She is responsible for supporting students to ensure their success as online learners, resolving student concerns, and advocating for students’ needs with program leadership. Amber works with multiple campus units, including CITL, DRES, University Bursar, and academic advisors, to help NetMath students navigate campus policies and requirements. She takes the lead in collaborating with NetMath instructional, IT, and administrative personnel to ensure a coordinated approach to student success in the program.
