The 2022 NetMath Award for Exceptional Service During a Critical Time goes to Faisal Whelpley
Faisal joined NetMath as Associate Director of Instructional Technologies in 2014. Despite working on a reduced appointment since 2017, Faisal has consistently stepped up to support the NetMath IT team every time he is needed, lending his knowledge and expertise to mitigate routine and unexpected technical glitches. Without his help, many of these issues would have resulted in widespread disruptions for our students and staff. Faisal’s assistance was especially critical during the past year, when reliance on online technologies increased and we lost a full-time member of our IT team. Faisal is awarded this special recognition in appreciation of his dedication and service to NetMath.
